Solargene is a deep sci-fi space colony simulator where you take command of a private space corporation tasked with expanding humanity across the Solar System. Set in a near-future era of resource scarcity, your mission is to build, manage, and optimize interplanetary colonies, orbital stations, mining outposts, and vast production networks on planets and moons from Mercury to the Kuiper Belt.

Gameplay blends base building, resource management, logistics, research, and exploration. You must oversee personnel needs, keep colonists fed, rested, and healthy, and respond to harsh environmental challenges like radiation, storms, and extreme temperatures. Extraction of minerals, trade contracts, and developing new technologies are essential for expanding your corporate empire.

Solargene is currently available in Early Access on Steam and the Epic Games Store for Windows. However, it can be played on Mac or other platforms via cloud gaming services such as GeForce Now, Shadow, airgpu, and CloudDeck, letting Mac players enjoy the game without native macOS support.
