Set in the near future, Earth is struck by a meteor shower carrying parasitic alien life forms that infect humans and turn them into deadly foes. As part of an elite military squad, you must battle through 14 diverse missions — both solo and in cooperative multiplayer — to stop the alien outbreak and destroy its central hive mind before humanity is lost.

Instead of carrying multiple weapons, players wield a single modular firearm capable of switching between machine gun, sniper, laser, rocket launcher, and other modes. This gives combat both depth and tactical flexibility. The game also includes a two-person squad mechanic; you can issue orders to a teammate or switch control between characters. Levels include jungle environments, complex enemy bases, and both day and night campaigns that influence strategy and difficulty.
