Beyond mere building, you must hire a wide range of personnel — guards, doctors, psychologists, reform officers and more — to maintain order and safety.
The game also challenges you with unpredictable events like fights, fires, and riots that test your layout and management skills. It has multiple gameplay modes including Sandbox, Story, and Escape Mode, where you can even try to break out of your own penitentiary.
