Wrestling Empire macOS Free Download is the 2021 professional wrestling sim from British indie developer Mat Dickie (MDickie), the same one-man studio behind Wrestling Revolution 3D and Hard Time. It launched on January 11, 2021, and has been patched continuously ever since.

What keeps players coming back isn’t polish — it’s freedom:
- 350+ wrestlers, most of them cheeky parodies of real-world stars
- A freestyle animation system where limbs collide unpredictably, producing chaos no scripted game could
- Full career mode: sign contracts, feud, injure yourself, retire, become a booker
- Deep character creation, from body type to entrance theme
- Backstage interactivity — brawl in the parking lot, the locker room, the arena hallway
It’s janky in the way fans consider a feature rather than a bug. If you grew up on WWF No Mercy and wished someone would build a sandbox version, this is it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an official Wrestling Empire Mac version? No. MDickie shipped Windows, Switch, iOS, and Android. Mac players use the App Store iOS build or an emulator.
Can I play Wrestling Empire on an M1 MacBook Air? Yes — this is the best-case scenario. The iOS build runs natively with minimal battery drain.
Is the free version limited? The free mobile tier includes career mode with ads and some locked content. A single in-app purchase unlocks everything permanently.
Will my Steam save transfer to the Mac version? No. Saves are local per platform and don’t sync between the Steam, mobile, and Switch builds.
Do mods work on Mac? Only through Method 3, running the Windows build under CrossOver, Whisky, or Parallels. The iOS and Android versions don’t support desktop mods.
How much storage does it need? Around 500 MB for the game itself. Add roughly 10 GB if you’re installing an Android emulator.
